We will practice what we preach. t’s science, action creates momentum. Try different approaches before you commit to expensive products. Try, yoga, HITT, new cooking styles, meditation, etc, and give yourself a chance to find what works for you.

Many people know the basic things that will improve their wellness but they are not sure about how to go about it or how to keep it up in a sustainable way. That’s because knowing doesn’t bring about change. Even when people know what to do they still struggle to actually do it. Since making lifestyle changes can de difficult and health challenges can be confusing. A health coach is a supportive mentor, who helps clients reach their wellness goals and feel their best. Through personalized practices, a Health coach supports clients in finding the foods and lifestyle practices that work best for them.

This is dedicated time with a health coach to go over your health history, uncover your health goals, needs and values. If you are new to coaching, this will help you decide whether a health coach is the right support for you at the moment.

Fold a blank piece of paper in half twice to create four quadrants. Label each quadrant with one dimension of health: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
Within each quadrant, write down your current health practices that support it.
Answer the following questions: Which dimension of health do you tend to nourish the most? Which dimension of health would you like to explore further? How can this awareness help you approach your health holistically?
